SHIHAN
Recently returned from Japan, José Manuel Guerreiro Santana done examination for 6th Dan at the Honbu Dojo of Seigokan in Himeji and was nominated Seigokan Chief Instructor for Portugal and Europe at the same time that he received the title of SHIHAN. It is not current to an Occidental receive that honour and charge. That´s a great responsability to the development of the Seigokan on Europe. Congratulations for Shihan Santana and for all AKSP Seigokan Portugal.
